Spring turkey hunting season is April 25 to May 26, 2018. During spring turkey season,  hunting is allowed Monday through Thursday, one hour before sunrise to noon, on Beebe, Chestnut Hill, Eno, Hand Smith, Honey Hill, Jewett, Mount Archer Woods, Pickwick’s, and Plimpton Preserves, with a permit obtained from the Town of Lyme Open Space Coordinator. These preserves, owned by the Town of Lyme or the Lyme Land Trust, remain open to hikers and other users during this time.
