Start your day with a guided forest bathing session among the freshly fallen leaves and crisp morning air, awakening your senses to all that fall has to offer.

Enjoy a gentle mindful movement sequence, nature meditation, and a slow-paced walk with opportunities to pause and connect with nature along the way. The experience concludes with tea together.

The walk is about 1-mile round trip over easy to moderate terrain.
