Join Sue Cope, Environmental Director of the Lyme Land Trust, on a spring walk in Haley Farm State Park. The walk is about 1.5 to 2 miles on easy terrain. The property provides a diversity of habitats including a large brackish cove, freshwater ponds and vernal pools, wetlands, meadows, successional forest, and mature forest. There are also interesting historical features such as massive stone walls and old farm building foundations. Bring binoculars, if you have them.

Directions: Coming from I-95 North: Take Exit 88. Turn left onto SR117 South. Turn left at the end onto Route 1 North. Turn right onto SR 215 (4th light). Take the first right onto Brook Street. Take the first right onto Haley Farm Lane.
Make a day of it and explore the village of Noank and nearby Mystic. Bluff Point State Park is adjacent and accessible on trails from Haley Farm State Park.
